Homemade Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add the potatoes and boil for about 15 or until tender. Drain and return potatoes to pot.

Mash the potatoes to your desired consistency.

Meanwhile, in small saucepan melt butter and add cream cheese, bouillon cubes and cooking cream until warm.

Pour the warm cream-butter mixture over the potatoes and stir until completely blended and creamy. Season mashed potatoes with pepper and nutmeg.

Transfer mashed potatoes to a serving bowl and season with more pepper before serving.
