Breakfast Granola Fruit Tarts with Yogurt: If you enjoy having granola with yogurt and fruits for breakfast, this is the perfect recipe for you!

INGREDIENTS
For the crust:
100 gr./ 3. 52 oz. rolled oats
30 gr./ 1.06 oz. hazelnut flour
3 tablespoons mix dried nuts, chopped
2 tablespoons mix dried fruits (optional)
3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted and hot
3 tablespoons honey, walmed
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
For the topping:
400 gr./ 14.11 oz. Greek style yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons mix nuts, chopped
2 cups fresh mixed fruit, for topping, (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, pineapple, banana)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 180℃ / 350℉.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the warmed honey, coconut oil, cinnamon and vanilla extract until combined. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, toss together oats, hazelnut flour, nuts and dried fruits (if used) until evenly combined. Add in the honey mixture, and toss until the dry ingredients are evenly coated.
Press ¼ of the mixture into 4 greased mini tart pans. Use the back of an oiled spoon to help press the granola evenly across the pan and up the sides.
Bake in the center rack of the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden.
Allow the tarts to cool before removing them from the tins and topping them with Greek yogurt, honey, chopped nuts and mixed fruits.
