These are the best Greek Meatballs you will ever make ! So easy to make, juicy and flavorful. They’re perfect for appetizers.

INGREDIENTS
1000 gr. / 35.27 oz. ground beef
3 large onions grated
1 cup parsley fresh, chopped
1½ teaspoon dried oregano, chopped
1½ teaspoon dried thyme, chopped
½ cup spearmint fresh, chopped
5 cloves garlic minced
100 gr./ 3.53 oz. wheat rusks, crumbs
2 large egg
1 ½ tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
Flour for dredging
2 cup vegetable or olive oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl combine all of the meatball ingredients and mix well.
Form the meatballs into small 1 inch balls. Roll meatballs into the flour to lightly coat and place them on a large tray.
Heat the oil in a large skillet medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and fry until golden all around, about 7 minutes. You will have to do this in 2-3 batches, so do not overcrowd the meatballs.
Transfer onto a plate and serve either as appetizers or with Greek salad, tzatziki sauce and pita bread as a main dish.
