INGREDIENTS
120 gr./ 4.23 oz. whole wheat flour
250 gr./ 8.82 oz. all-purpose flour
120 gr./ 4.23oz. multi-grain blend
2 tablespoons oat
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons instant yeast
3 tablespoons olive oil
140 gr./4.93oz. lukewarm water
150 gr./ 5.29 oz. lukewarm milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix and knead all of the dough ingredients by hand or mixer to make soft and smooth dough.
Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover it and let it rise for about 1 hour.
Turn the dough onto a lightly oiled work surface and shape it into a 9″/ 23 cm log.
Place the loaf in a lightly greased 9″ x 2″ / 23 x 5 cm pan, cover the pan, and let the loaf rise for about 40 to 60 minutes or until it is crowned about 1″ over the rim of the pan.
Towards the end of the rising time preheat the oven to 350°F/ 175℃.
Bake the bread for 30 to 40 minutes, or until it becomes golden.
Remove the bread from the oven, remove it from the pan, and allow it to cool on a rack.
