1 teaspoon salt
1½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons paprika
1½ teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bowl combine all dry ingredients and set aside.
To make the Salmon
Season salmon with the dry ingredients mix. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add honey and whisk to combine (mixture should be bubbly). Add salmon fillets to pan and cook for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook another 6-7 minutes until salmon is cooked through, flaky, and browned. Transfer salmon to a platter and cover to keep warm.
To make the Sautéed Green Beans
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add green beans, and cook for about 3 minutes. Drain and transfer to a large plate.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add green beans and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the salmon with sautéed green beans as side dish or with homemade creamy mashed potatoes or with both as I did.
