Honey Mustard Curry Chicken

Baked Chicken Drumsticks in Honey and Mustard are so tasty and easy to make.

INGREDIENTS

50 gr./ 1.8 oz. butter, melted
80 gr./ 2.8 oz. honey
80 gr./ 2.8 oz. Dijon-style prepared mustard
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
½ cup water
salt and pepper to taste
8 pieces Chicken drumsticks

INSTRUCTIONS

Season chicken with salt and pepper.

In a bowl combine the melted butter, honey, mustard, garlic powder, water and curry powder. Mix well. Place chicken drumsticks in a 9×13 inch / 23×33 cm baking dish and pour honey/mustard mixture over chicken. Cover and place in refrigerator. Marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Bake for 30 minutes. Turn drumsticks, spoon juices over drumsticks.

Bake for a further 20 minutes, turn, and spoon over juices. Bake for 10 – 15 minutes until golden and sticky.

Remove from oven. Serve drumsticks with jasmine rice
