2 packages Ladyfinger cookies or Savoyard (about 40 cookies)
250 gr. / 8.81 oz. milk
100 gr./ 3.52 oz. chocolate sprinkles
For the chocolate pudding mixture
2 x 78 gr./2.1 oz. chocolate flavor instant pudding
250 gr./ 8.81 oz. milk
250 gr./ 8.81 oz. heavy cream
50 gr./ 1.76 oz. powdered sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
For the vanilla pudding mixture
2 x 62 gr./2.1 oz. vanilla flavor instant pudding
250 gr./ 8.81 oz. milk
250 gr./ 8.81 oz. heavy cream
50 gr./ 1.76 oz. powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
To make the chocolate pudding mixture
In a large mixing bowl, either using an electric hand mixer or a stand mixer beat together all of the chocolate pudding mix ingredients at a medium-high speed until the mixture is smooth and thick.
To make the vanilla pudding mixture
In a large mixing bowl, either using an electric hand mixer or a stand mixer beat together all of the vanilla pudding mix ingredients at a medium-high speed until the mixture is smooth and thick.
To assemble the dessert
Use a 22 x 32 x 5 cm/ 12.6 x 8.6 x 2 inches pan or adjustable cake mousse mold.
Dip ladyfingers on both sides quickly into the milk and arrange them into the pan or mold until you have used half the cookies and then evenly spread over vanilla pudding mixture.
Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and then top with the chocolate pudding mixture.
Decorate with sprinkles, gently cover the pan with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
