INGREDIENTS
190 gr / 6.7 oz. all-purpose flour
1 tablespoons sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
220 gr / 7.8 oz. warm milk
2 large eggs
60 gr./ 2.15 oz. butter, melted
1 tablespoon dried salad mix with dill and onion
200 gr./ 7.05 oz. cream cheese
200 gr./ 7.05 oz. sliced smoked salmon (8-10 slices)
250 gr./ 8.82 oz. guacamole
Extra melted butter for cooking
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large mixing bowl sift together flour, sugar baking powder and salt.
Whisk in milk the eggs, salad mix and melted butter until well-blended.
Preheat a nonstick pan over medium-high heat.
Melt ½ teaspoon butter and scoop 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto pan. Let pancakes cook until bubbles form on top before flipping.
Cook the other side until golden brown. Repeat again.
To assembly the pancake
Start by spreading cream cheese on top of every pancake, continue with guacamole and finish with one slice of smoked salmon.
