INGREDIENTS
For the salad
2 cups watermelon, cubed
2 cups melon, cubed
1 kiwi, sliced
1 banana, sliced
1 cup grapes
1 cup cherries
3 apricots, sliced
1 nectarine, sliced
1 peach, sliced
3 plums, sliced
2 slices pineapple, cubed
½ cup blueberries
½ cup raspberries
½ mango pitted and diced
For the Dressing
100 gr./ 3.53 oz. honey
juice and zest of half lime
juice and zest of half orange
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon limoncello liqueur (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
To make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients of the dressing.
To make the salad
Add all fruit to a large mixing bowl.
Add the dressing to the bowl with the fruit and toss to combine.
