This Sweet and Sour Pork dish is simple, tasty and easy to make. The tomato sauce has a great sweet and sour taste that goes well with pork. Served over cooked white rice.

INGREDIENTS
800 gr./ 28.2 oz. pork tenderloin, cut into strips
50 gr./ 1.76 oz. olive oil
2 medium red onions, thinly sliced
4 gloves garlic, minced
500 gr./ 17.63 oz. button mushrooms, sliced
400 gr. / 14.1 oz. crushed tomatoes
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Brown pork in olive oil.
Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until mixture comes to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 1 ½ to 2 hours.
Serve pork over cooked white rice.
