This Mixed Berry Smoothie is an easy and delicius recipe made from fresh ingredients. It’s the perfect summer smoothie!

INGREDIENGS
1 ½ cups raspberry juice or blackcurrant juice or strawberry juice
1 ripe banana, sliced
600 gr./ 21.16 oz. fresh or frozen mixed berries
3/4 cup milk, of choice ***
1 tablespoon brown sugar or honey, optional
Optional garnish: fresh berries and spearmint sprigs
*** replace milk with coconut milk or any flavour soya milk if you are vegan
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Taste and add honey or brown sugar if desired. Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh berries and spearmint sprigs if desired. Serve immediately.
